Other 1998 Events April through June, but especially in May, the Sun
and Mars are maintaining a conjunction. This is can be hard on patience for the
general masses. Best to try to keep a cool head and not provoke anyone.
Patience is at a premium.
Neptune
is testing the water in Aquarius right now, but will
retrograde back into Capricorn for a short time late in the year before
finally settling in for its 14 year sojourn by Nov. 29th. Meanwhile,
Saturn is going to poke a toe into Taurus on June 10th until Oct.
26th. It won't finally settle there for a couple years until March 2,
1999. Anyone who knows anything about Astrology knows that Taurus and
Aquarius are 90 degrees apart, so these two will be in squareaspect from
late April until the end of the year.
The
grander cycle of these two began in 1989 around the time
communism dissolved. In fact, Neptune is called the "universal solvent"
and Saturn is structure, government, discipline, etc. When two planets
start a cycle, which is at their conjunction, there is a beginning of a
drama with the dynamic changes occurring at the time of the square,
opposition and the final square. Picture a circle with a square in the
center. Every time the faster planet of the two occupies a corner of the
square at the same time the slower one does, a dynamic interaction
occurs. In 1989 - 1991, when the cycle started, we had events that
ended in the Gulf War. Now we are at Act 2.

How
does this affect mass consciousness? It could have many
effects depending on personal charts, but in general, doubt will creep
into our general thinking. You might find it harder to stay focused and
disciplined. On the other hand, since Neptune is also imagination, it
can give structure (Saturn) to your dreams (Neptune). That project
you've only dreamed about may find concrete reality!
Deceptions
(Neptune) in government (Saturn) will be exposed, and
the results will drag on for awhile. These two affect Bill Clinton's
chart during the summer, particularly July and August. I don't believe
we can predict with any certainty what anyone is going to choose to do
with an energy, but certainly he is going to have a feeling of his
security system being weak. Saturn rules his fourth house, which is not
only emotional security, but one's home, as well.
Remember,
you are in charge of how you will use these energies.
Don't forget the little sub- atomic particles (or waves) that are
definitely affected by what you choose to think about.
Announcements
Prices are going up about 25%
on June 1st. I haven't raised them
in a long time, but costs keep climbing. I've always tried to offer
something for every budget so that anyone can afford what they need.
You'll find that policy continuing. A new catalog will be mailed before
June.
I'll be in Georgia
in the Atlanta area from about May 11th until
the end of the month. I'll be doing a lecture and TV show first and then
attending the UAC conference from the 19th until the 27th. The dates of
May 13th and 14th are taken, but if anyone wants something on other
dates, I make house calls and will have my car. Just give me a call
prior to departure.
