If something important is happening to the president, it will show up in the country's chart, as well. Sure enough, there is plenty going on there. First, solar arc Pluto in the USA chart is about to square Uranus in one year. That is a major shift in the country's thinking, but even more so, a new perception about power issues. That Neptune/Saturn in the sky affecting Clinton's Saturn is also affecting the USA progressed Saturn and solar arc Neptune. Amazing, isn't it!!? But most of all, the solar arc MC is squaring natal Pluto now and will square progressed Pluto in October 1999. That literally means a fall from power of the leader. Even if the end of Clinton's charm is evident in February, it might take until October to clean up the mess.
And as an aside, solar arc Saturn will square the USA Moon in a year and a half, which could portend a momentous correction in the stock market. I'm suspending judgment on that, though, until I get some new stock market/cycles software I saw demonstrated in Atlanta in May. It's amazing what's being done by some of our Astrologer financial geniuses.
